LE SSERAFIM - SPAGHETTI ft.J-Hope/Pearlies(My oyster is the world)
Super fun comeback i was so excited about and i went crazy when it was announced that J-hope is featuring it. The buildup for the release was fun, i love the promo pics. The song and the music video are super fun and colorful. People thought this was going to be a Gnarly copy when i immediately thought this was going to be like Crazy part.2. This song is a fun way to diss haters who always tune into their music even though they claim they hate them. Fun brainrot kpop songs are literally one of my favorite ones.
Inkigayo performance: i love the choreo
They also released a beautiful song My Pearlies(My oyster is the world) dedicated to their fans who stood by them during the hatetrain.
Rosalía - Bergain
Pre-release from her upcoming album "LUXX" out next month. I got into Rosalia during her second album "El Mal Querer" and absolutely loved it, she is incredibly talented musically and she was classically trained too. Her third album "Motomami" got her more commercial success and it went viral on tiktok several times. It was a experimental reggaeton album, but it seems that with the new album Rosalia is going back to her roots. She learned German Opera for this song. The song also features Björk, who fits in the song perfectly. Also Yves Tumor, who's vulgar lyrics take you off guard and really add to the feeling of the song shaking you up. The song and music video are masterpieces in my opinion. Rosalia is a true artist!
Next month there's gonna be deluxe releases for both FKA twigs and Oklou, which i'm excited about. Besides new releases I've been listening lot of Kelela's and Tinashe's discographies. Also relistening lot of Lorde's Virgin, that album has really stayed with me and it has actually inspired me to write a very self-indulged fic :D
