Halloween Films: Creepiest film so far

I kinda don't wanna write about this film because I don't want to think about it anymore. I was recommended this film saying it's really creepy with found footage but without jumpscares and I thought It would be perfect for me.
This film is about a very twisted worldview of a lonesome cameraman. We see the film partly from his view (found footage and narration). This film introduced me to the conspiracy theory of Hollow Earth Theory and it is indeed creepy as fuck. The protagonist finds hidden worlds underneath Tokyo and goes there documenting everything with his camera.
spoilers/tw
From the beginning of the film when the protagonist films a man stabbing himself in the eye I thought this film was gonna be about incest. And I was right but it still felt really horrible. That is the real terror of the film - and of the protagonist(he admits he seeks a real terror which he eventually finds). We see everything from his weird twisted fantasyworld POV which makes it even more terrifying.
