I watched this since many himejoshis enjoyed it and I always saw fanart of the two characters from the show. I actually did not end up shipping them since I don't find there to be enough material for it but regardless I enjoyed the anime.

It's about Bocchi, a very shy girl who's a great guitarist. She ends up in a band with some other girls from their high school. The anime has some great comedy and Bocchi is relatable to me as someone who has social anxiety.

I liked that it was about female friendship surrounding a common passion (like a less GL version of Hoshikuzu Telepath).

It's a great feel good anime!

They also just released two recap films of the series. I hope it gets a 2nd season since it seems to be very popular!
