Merry Christmas!

haitangkittyI've eaten a lot of sweets already since my holiday started. I tried a viral porridge at the Christmas market (it had miso fudge, cranberries, cardamom, and apples, super yummy!). I also went to a Korean style cafe i previously visited for Enhypen anniversary event. This time i got a carrot cake latte and a matcha cookie. I baked pistachio cookies which turned out great even though i haven't baked in 5 years! I also started a tea collection again, got some jasmine peach tea and chai.
For the first time I'm celebrating in my own way instead of just being nostalgic about the family Christmas of childhood. I'm making my own traditions. I donated to Doctors Without Borders helping the humanitarian crisis in DRC.
